We are looking for Delivery Drivers to join our staff and serve America's Best Pizzas!
This job pays an hourly rate + delivery tips + a standard fee per delivery made. Yes, that's right. You make your paycheck. More deliveries = More money!
As a driver, primary responsibilities include transporting customer deliveries from the restaurant to a customer's desired location, performing final checks on product before delivering items to the customer, and processing cash or card payments. A driver's ultimate goal is to safely deliver pizza and other food items on time to the requested location. This will require finding the location using maps and street signs effectively. Apart from this, drivers should be pleasant as they will be the face of Stoner's. This includes solving and answering any problems that may arise. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Confirming all orders from the customers before delivery
Checking that the necessary food items are included and ready for delivery
Delivering the food at the given location
Collecting payments from customers
Returning any unpaid food items to the store
Following the traffic rules and regulations
Communicating with customers in a professional manner
Resolving customers' concerns and answering customers' questions to the best of your abilities
Attracting customers by promoting the product and company positively
Receiving in-the-moment coaching and hands-on training
Assisting management with in-store tasks and other daily store duties
Bagging, boxing, wrapping, and distributing orders
Cleaning, maintaining, and stocking the showroom and kitchen
Participating in marketing and promotional activities (up-selling, distributing coupons, menus, sampling, etc.)
Requirements:
18 years of age or older
A valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years safe driving record
Strong navigational skills, ability to read a map, and ability to locate addresses within the designated delivery area
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check
Access to an insured vehicle
Familiar with kitchen equipment and POS/KPS systems
Have ServSafe or the required state food safety license (training available)
Ability to handle the physical demands of a restaurant (standing, lifting, carrying, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
Must have work experience as a delivery driver or similar role in a restaurant (preferred)

We are looking for CSRs to join our staff and serve America's Best Pizzas!
As a CSR, primary responsibilities include entering orders on the POS screen at the front counter and over the phone, handing food to customers or third-party representatives upon arrival, providing product/service information professionally and with a smile, and helping the rest of the staff manage the restaurant.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting and welcoming customers into the restaurant
Taking orders, processing payments, and taking customer phone calls
